UK Mainland Delivery

There are 2 service options for UK mainland orders - Standard Delivery & Express Delivery

  • Standard delivery (orders below 30kg) in 2-3 working days is £4.99
  • Standard delivery (orders above 30kg or bulky) in 2-3 working days is £9.99
  • Express Delivery (orders below 30kg) - £8.99 for next working day (when ordered before 2pm)
  • Express Delivery (orders above 30kg or bulky) - £17.99 for next working day (when ordered before 2pm)

Scottish Highlands Delivery

  • Standard delivery (orders below 30kg) in 2-5 working days is £14.99 
  • Standard delivery (orders above 30kg or bulky) in 2-5 working days is £28.99 

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Jersey & Guernsey

  • Standard delivery (orders below 30kg) in 3-5 working days is £14.99 
  • Standard delivery (orders above 30kg or bulky) in 3-5 working days is £28.99 

Crown Dependencies & BFPO

  • Standard delivery (orders below 30kg) in 3-5 working days is £14.99

International

Ireland 

  • Standard delivery (orders below 30kg) in 3-5 working days is £14.99

Dispatch 

Orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched from our Warehouse the same working day.

Our Couriers 

Orders with UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) destinations are delivered on a next working day service with EVRI & DHL – you will receive an email with tracking information and contact numbers once the item is shipped out.

Orders heading off shore or outside the UK are delivered through DPD & DHL, orders will take between 3 to 5 days depending on the location – you will receive an email with tracking information and contact numbers once the item is shipped out.

For your own security a signature is sometimes required on delivery. It is therefore recommended to give a business address for delivery if you are not available

RETURNS

We guarantee the quality of our products and maintain the standards by inspecting all items prior to despatch.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a replacement or refund policy valid for 30 days from delivery on any of our products.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

When returning a product please ensure you obtain proof of posting, as we accept no responsibility for items lost in the post.

Based on your preference, we will either replace the item free of charge for faulty products or provide a refund.
